OPTION 1 - INSTANT BOOKING
You can secure the booking straight away by using the “Book Now” button available on each unit’s web page.
Also you can select the “Book” feature straight onto the Availability Calendar Grid.

All Credit Card charges will be handled through PayPal (extra charges apply)
OPTION 2 - SEND RESERVATION DEPOSIT
Get in touch with us, inquire about your desired unit and, if you wish to secure the booking, just send in advance a reservation deposit (2,500 PHP) and your apartment is booked.
We will confirm the final booking as soon as the reservation deposit is received.
The reservation deposit can be paid through Western Union, Bank Transfer or Paypal straight to our merchant account.
The full price for the booking will be payable in cash only at check in.
The reservation (breakage deposit) paid in advance will be refunded in full, in cash, at check out providing there are no liabilities or damage to the rented apartment.
100 % refund if cancelled 14 days before check in
50% refund if cancelled 7 days before check in
The reservation deposit is not refundable in case of cancellation.
