Terms & Conditions



Check in and Check out:

Check out: 12:00 noon. 
Check in:    2:00 pm.

Reservation/Breakage Deposit:

Upon arrival at your rental apartment you will be asked to provide a 2,500 PHP security/damage deposit.

This deposit is fully refundable at check out ( in cash ) proving there are no pending liabilities to the unit.

You are expected to protect the protect the property and all its contents against loss or damage for the duration of your stay.

Together with our staff, please review carefully all furnishings/equipment at check in and upon departure to ensure that everything is in good working order.

Cleanliness Policy:

Our rental condos are maintained by housekeeping staff every 3 days when fresh towels are also provided free of charge.

If you require your unit to be serviced more often, please contact us in advance and we will try our best to accomodate your request at a small extra charge.

The linens/beddings are changes once per week - for any additional requests kindly contact us.

In the event that any permanent stains are left on the linens, furniture, floors, carpeting, fixtures or equipment, a replacement / repair charges may ocur.

Noise policy

Although you are only a temporary tenant, as in any apartment building, please be considerate of your neighbors, especially in the corridors/lobby/common areas and especially during later evening hours.

Use of Equipment, Furbishings, Utensils

All our rental units are completely equiped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Kindly use all equipment  / utensils provided with care and according to it's intended purpose.

Inform us imediatelly if you notice any malfunctions or if you are unsure how to operate / handle the items provided in your condo rental.

Any breakage deemed to negligence/improper use of or altogether missing utensils/linens/towels/furniture/electrical/electronic equipment will be charged to the Guest.

Air Conditioning and Cooking Appliances

Due to safety regulations we kindly ask our guests to TURN OFF the A/C and all Cooking Appliances when leaving the apartment.

Safety and Security

All our rental apartments are situated in residential buildings with proven safety records and policies, CCTV surveillance on site and 24 hours manned security staff.

We will require each booked Guest (s) to provide a photocopy of a valid ID ( passport, driver's licence,etc) at the time of check in for clearance with the building's security.

Our housekeeping staff will only visit your unit at previously agreed times ( for servicing of the unit ) and will wear full uniform lanyard with ID.

If you notice a fire or any other hazard please notfy at once the building security in the Lobby through the Intercom in your unit.

Your unit has a safety box available - please lock all your valuables in the safe when you are not in the unit.

Please lock the door of your apartment when leaving the unit.

Visitors Policy

A maximum of 2 (two) temporary Visitors are permitted.

The Visitors are generally not allowed to stay overnight in our rental apartments - please contact us if you require any further clarifications.

Any visitors that a booked Guest may have, will need to be logged in per current policies with the Security staff in the Lobby before being granted access to the Residential area.

The use of the commun areas by Visitors ( swimming pool, gym,etc ) is not permitted, unless previously granted access by the Administration office in the Residential tower.

In order for any outside party ( on call delivery, catering services, etc) to gain accees to the building premises, the Lobby staff will first call the Guest through the Intercom confirming the request.

Pet Policy

Strictly NO pets allowed in the building.
